This is such a great recap! Understanding all of the takes from each speaker along with the different buckets where creators can fall is so important. I completely agree with Kudzi's note on creators needing community that WILL FOLLOW for this to translate and actually work in many cases. Hoping that studios & networks re-org quickly as mentioned to get ahead of this would be amazing but only time will tell as established ones historically move slowly. Then positioning creators just as new talent doesn't feel 100% correct, because it comes with a different format many times. If a creator just wants to also be an actor that makes sense, but in that case would creative control still live with them based on the projects they want to bring to the table or be a part of? Then on the other side, does the rest of the content automatically default into an unscripted team? Or as hinted as, does it need to be an entirely different department created. Will be interesting to see!
